Please review our terms and conditions for working with Dentarad Precision Dental Lab. These terms govern the relationship between our laboratory and your dental practice.

At Dentarad Lab, we believe dentistry should be digital, efficient, and globally connected. We partner with leading digital dental labs worldwide to offer the best combination of precision, aesthetics, and affordability, ensuring every dentist gets world-class restorations.
Dentarad Lab is a 100% digital laboratory. We accept digital scans only (no physical impressions). Cases can be submitted directly through your scanner portal or via secure cloud upload. Our team verifies data integrity and scan quality before design and fabrication begin.
Digital workflows allow us to deliver faster turnaround times, greater accuracy, and eco-friendly production. By eliminating physical impressions, we reduce waste and streamline the entire restoration process.
To deliver the best products and pricing, we work with FDA-approved partner labs across the United States, Europe, and Asia. Each case is routed to the partner lab most suited for that restoration type (e.g., esthetics, full-arch, zirconia, implant-supported).
All partners follow Dentarad's standardized design and QA protocol. Every case undergoes dual-layer quality inspection before shipping. This hybrid model ensures our clients receive premium results at competitive prices.
Submit scans with complete Rx form and detailed notes (shade, margin, material, implant system, etc.). Cases missing essential information will be placed on hold until clarification is received.
Estimated turnaround: 5–10 business days, depending on complexity. Rush cases are available upon request with an express fee.

Invoices are issued digitally via Xero/Stripe/Melio. Payment terms: Net 30 days unless otherwise specified.
Accepted payments: ACH, credit/debit card, or integrated online payment link.
Late balances accrue 1.5% monthly interest. Regular clients can enroll in our SmartPay auto-billing system for simplified monthly payments.
2-Year Warranty: Applies to zirconia and e.max restorations.
Complimentary Remake: Within 30 days for verified lab error or manufacturing defect.
Exclusions: Poor prep design, inaccurate bite registration, or shade changes post-fabrication.
Remake requests must include the original restoration and Rx documentation.
We ship nationwide using insured, trackable courier services. Standard return shipping is included in your service plan.
Dentarad is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or incomplete shipping details. Please ensure all shipping information is accurate and complete when submitting cases.
All data is stored in HIPAA-compliant, encrypted systems. We maintain strict confidentiality for all patient and clinician data.
No files are shared outside our verified partner network. We employ industry-standard security measures to protect your data at all times.
Claims must be made within 15 business days of case delivery. Credits or remakes are issued only after review and verification.
Returned restorations become property of Dentarad Lab for quality auditing and improvement purposes. This helps us continuously enhance our processes and prevent similar issues.
Dentarad Lab's liability is limited to the cost of the restoration in question. We are not responsible for clinical adjustments, chairside modifications, or improper use of prosthetic components.
All restorations are manufactured based on the information provided by the dental practice. The final responsibility for fit, function, and clinical outcomes rests with the prescribing dentist.
